The Enterprise, which was launched on 1 July 2014, comprises a professional team that is currently made up of the Director and Founder, Jorge Jiménez Muñiz, and by Paloma Gómez Gil, Senior Lawyer of the Practice. Both Lawyers trained at the Bar Association of Madrid (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid), with extensive experience spanning more than 14 years in the profession and an exclusive focus on providing legal advice and assistance to Insurance Companies, insurance Brokers, Underwriting Agencies and Business Risk Managers in issues of Insurance and Civil Liability, as well as corporate consultancy to Insurance Companies.

Given that our key focus is on providing our clients with a customised service achieved through the analysis, supervision, processing and resolution of each case -whether in court or out-of-court -, the location of the Company’s head office on the Pº de la Castellana is based on a strategic decision, given that the main national and international Insurance Companies have their headquarters and offices in Madrid. We also perform our line of business nationwide (the Spanish mainland, Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands). This means we are able to get on-site knowledge of the circumstances surrounding loss events and claims whenever required.
